Features of the duplication works:

• Construction of an interchange at the Hume Highway intersection with the Olympic Highway.
• Safer access for adjoining properties and school buses to the Hume Highway.
• A bridge over the highway at Newtons Road.
• Reduction in the travel distance between Holbrook and Albury by two kilometres.
• Extensive revegetation and landscaping along the road.
